“My garage door broke and locked closed with my vehicle inside. It wouldn’t even open manually. I found Stucky’s Garage Doors online and was drawn to the fact that they are local and family owned. I was relieved to hear a real person answer the phone, in which I later found out was the father in this family owned business. It was Saturday morning and this was kind of an emergency call since I couldn’t leave my house. He was so kind and understanding. He asked if I could text him a picture of the spring on the garage door. I did that and he texted me back that someone would be at my house within the hour. His son, Brennon showed up and took care of everything so professionally. He actually had to replace the spring while working from the bed of my pickup truck because there was not enough room left in the garage to work. He fixed it in about an hour.
